Timothy Nohe and Shannon Young investigate the aural qualities of wine glasses, guttering candle flames, water, and daily gestures in Touch Glass, a new sound-performance piece created for “Anarchy in the Kitchen.” Touch Glass and other “Anarchy” performances will be streaming live from the Umami Website or at viewing parties at Eyebeam (NYC), Squeaky Wheel (Buffalo), The NonStop Institute (Yellow Springs, OH), and The Center for Art, Design and Visual Culture at The University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
